The problem with most of them is that they would first cache sync to internet servers before downloading the files to another computer. Since I have tons of music and family photos, It took forever to copy files to other computers because it all went through the internet connection, killing my bandwidth. With Live Sync things are different, it replicates files and folders through your LAN at blazing fast speeds. I installed on both my laptop and my wife's computer so that we keep our family photos folders replicated when we download pictures off our digital cameras.
