Hey there,
I noticed your comment on the iChat page. If you need to readd iChat to your applications, insert the Mac OS X installation disc that came with your computer (or, the latest version of the operating system that you have installed) and choose the "Optional Installs" package from the window that appears. When you get to the "Installation Type" step, click the checkbox to the left of iChat (you may need to expand the "Applications" menu here) and then finish the installation.
