iPlayer Grabber is a great utility for downloading TV shows from the BBC iPlayer. The program converts the file into a MOV format for easy viewing, which also makes the file DRM free. The only downside to this program is that you can only download one file at a time, and there is no queued downloading.

Mozilla Firefox is a free and open source web browser descended from the Mozilla Application Suite, managed by the Mozilla Corporation. Firefox had 24.07% of the recorded usage share of web browsers as of October 2009, making it the second-most popular browser worldwide, after Internet Explorer, which is the factory default browser on all Windows computers.
