Though it's getting kind of bloated, iTunes is still the best media management application I've found. It's cross platform and it has a great store. It also works with my iPhone.

NetNewsWire is a great RSS feed reader. I miss the UI of NewsFire, but the ability to sync RSS feeds across computers makes up for it.

FCP is what I do the majority of my video editing in. It's super fast and powerful.

iChat is my favorite IM client, hands down. I use the Chax extensions to modify it, and it has really become the center of my online experience.

| Bio: | I'm a 22 year old creative and technology consultant. I've been deploying Windows servers since I was 12, and have been a Mac user (and fanatic) all my life. I've just gotten started with UNIX (Solaris) and Linux (Ubuntu). My favorite software product of all time has to be Windows NT 4.0, followed by Apple iMovie HD and then Microsoft Photodraw 2000. Unfortunately, none of these programs are currently supported, and it's getting harder to find ways to install them. Thank god for virtual machines. In my spare time, I enjoy reading technology and business RSS feeds, listening to and playing music for my friends, writing, stand-up comedy, and watching the hundreds of shows I subscribe to on Hulu or have recorded on my DVR. |
