3Dmark is the ultimate name for PC benchmarking. Been using it since 3Dmark 05.

This is the best benchmarking program i have ever seen but it appears to lack consistancy in scoring. The other thing i dont really like is the fact that its not free :( so all the features arnt unlocked.

Vantage is a great tool for assesing performance on a DX10 capable system. I have found 3dmark06 to often give strange scores. I have run back to back tests using 3dmark06 and had the scores vary by as much as 2000-3000 points, yet Vantage scores are very consistant. Weird.

Good program, if not a little inconstant in scoring
