Despite its small footprint, it supports HTTP/1.1, dynamic content generation through CGI/FastCGI scripts, ISAPI extensions, native ASP.NET support, Server Side Includes (SSI), custom error pages, password protection, IP address control, anti-leeching, and bandwidth throttling. It´s marvellous, soo simple and easy, altough very advanced later.
It supports PHP, Phyton, Perl... and a large ETC.
Works fine and has even anti-haching protection.
great webserver which is easy to setup and run... been using for more than 2 years... :D
For a freeware program this webserver is excellent: a minimal window that will hide itself to the system tray, almost all configuration is set through the web-based interface. Fast, stable (even incorporating twice running - one copy working, the other keeping an eye on the worker and restarting it if it should crash), has basically everything a modern webserver should have (CGI support, bandwidth throttling, IP banning, Apache compatible logfile, etc), with manual editing of the settings file can be made portable.
Highly recommended for home-based-servers or older hardware.
Amazing web server I run on both of my servers at my house and a friend runs it on his dedi.
