This a old version of ACDSee.
I use 2.22, Some shortcut keys are convenient.
But this earlier version is not support Unicode.
And not free~
The Best
I think Zen and simplicity is the denominating factor in the softare i truly like. If only this application was only maintained. I don;t want bloatware with millions of features i never use. But this is a bit borked on Vista.
I mainly use it for previewing .psd files.
