awful !
Very slow and memory hungry - Not particularly user friendly - does not utilise the callback and diary feature very well. Goldmine does this infinitely better in my mind. Quite nice for homing down data however. Would bin using this if i could to be honest. But it is ok in a world of CRM modules that are generally pretty lame.
My opinion on ACT - It sucks.... But sadly so do all the other options... Its slow - Memory intensive - does not really integrate well with anything and basic updates you have to pay for yearly..... even ones that should be offered for free.....
