Adium is great. You can take control of all of your IM accounts in one place
(Facebook, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, AIM, GMAIL in our case). Our network
is pretty international and this messaging tool enables to have 24/7
communication.
The program could, however, be a bit more stable.
