InDesign is THE design application for professional print designers. CS4 has
some impressive new features, though isn't worth the upgrade for everyone.
Once upon a time there were Quark Xpress and Page Maker. Today Quark Express
survives only to its afecionados. The most of graphic design professionals use
Adobe inDesign. Because it's easy to learn and also can import/export docs
from/to Xpress. Best used with Extensis Suitcase, but this is just an
advice.
powerful program, but takes times to learn. If it wasn't for tutorials that
I found online, I don't think I would be using this program today. I like it
for the most part, but little parts can be a pain from time to time
I love this program. It's very useful for magazine layouting, making my eBooks, etc.

excelente aplicación para maquetar y diseñar revistas...!
The best layout program, hands down.
Скачал из интернета, правда триальную для изучения верстки газет.
Extremely powerful app that will get any designer hooked on the finer points of print design.
Have Google handy while you're learning the ropes, as features require a bit of digging or research.
Scribus is fine for small projects, but if you wanna swing with the rockstars, InDesign (and the Adobe Creative Suite) is the way to go.
Top Design tool, best software since Photoshop was launched.
Really powerful design tool...just a bit expensive!
long live InDesign!

Great app.
Works great, even though it's expnsive. Needs to be learnt before it will serve you well.
