Okay, Now I think its the best thing out there only 2 things that the adobe guys did to piss me off!
1. When your in the settings screen and press enter (to confirm a typed in value) the encoder automatically closes the settings screen.
2. The encoder remembers the last saved location... but it only does that when it feels like doing so most of the times it reverts to one of the first projects I exported!
And as I pointed out before its annoying that the preview shows you the input footage by default rather then the output.

Pretty good encoder. Best encoding software I've used, so far.
A very decent video encoder considering the competition consists entirely of gaudy, poorly designed apps that wind up corrupting the file anyway.
