The setup allows one to have two structures for all ones photos as well as easily allowing one to perform non-destructive edits. I'm disappointed that I can't point the software at a network location and that it doesn't seem to really take advantage of GPU acceleration.
Easy to use. Nice interface and support most dslr.
Good for editing (RAW) and organizing photos, but I'm no pro photographer... so I rather use Picasa for organizing pictures and Photoshop for fine tuning.

This Adobe Product is awesome..when ur going to use RAW files, and u can't easily Handle them With Photoshop , u see how useful Lighroom is.

Great program, but a tad on the expensive side.
I think lightroom is a great tool for organizing your images as well as editing them, and exporting them. There are a lot of features, but it doesn't affect the interface.
