Adobe Photoshop Lightroom is a photography software program developed by Adobe Systems for Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows, designed to assist professional photographers managing thousands of digital images, and do post production work. It is not a file browser like Adobe Bridge, but rather an image management application database which helps in viewing, editing and managing digital photos (including those on backup DVDs).

Perhaps my favorite image workflow application. Really natural, and I can get a ton done with RAW images without ever having to open PhotoShop. Non-destructive editing is a real plus here.
Great program for amateur, seasoned, hobbyist, and professional photographers. Helps you organize, edit and share your photos in a very powerful way. Excellent app!
My favorite app to work with my photos along with photoshop.
Nice
Nice piece of software for every amateur and professional photographer. Especially very handy for managing RAW material. Great software to collect, organize and (basic) editting. For serious editting you still will need Photoshop. The workflow in Lightroom just works way faster for 99% of your photos.
Killer!
I prefer it over Aperture
great software for photo workflow
ANY ONE HAVE A SERIAL NUMBER I CAN USE??
Adobe is heading in the right direction with this program. It is extremely user-friendly and offers almost everything one could want in a photo-editing program. NOTE: This program is not for extreme photo manipulation that you would expect from Adobe Photoshop; it is explicitly for editing/managing/developing digital photos in a real-world fashion.
Great app. Adobe listens to the users on this app!
