Super software for photographers. Less complex than photoshop.
Great program, but a tad on the expensive side.
I think lightroom is a great tool for organizing your images as well as editing them, and exporting them. There are a lot of features, but it doesn't affect the interface.

Lightroom is a must for any semi/pro photographer. Not a replacement for Photoshop, but more a companion. I use it to handle all my organizing, editing, and getting the images up to speed as far as levels, color and contrast. Its also great for making quick html or flash web gallery's for the client (which can be uploaded to the web) and great for slideshows when meeting with clients.
Adobe guys didn't lie when they said Lightroom is "the photoshop of photographers". It's completely true.
Much more powerful than Apple Aperture!
