Originally I didn't like Soundbooth. I have been a long time user of Apple
Logic Express on the Mac and Adobe Audition on Windows. However, I have to say,
I was working on a project and didn't have Logic Express installed on my laptop
and I wasn't at my office. I did, however, have the full version of the Adobe
Creative Suite 4 installed. So, I opened Soundbooth thinking to myself
"hopefully I'll be able to figure this out enough to get through this
project, or at least get some work done." Honestly, Soundbooth shaved
about 2 hours off of the time it would have taken me to complete this project in
Logic Express. For simple audio editing/cropping tasks, there isn't a better
solution if you ask me. The fact that it's cross platform is even better.
