Pretty good despite the fact that it's so old.
The best Age of Empires game to date. It's the game that really got me into gaming, it will always have a fond place in my heart. In fact, I still play it today with friends!

Fantastic game to play online with IGZ
I always liked AOE2.. It introduced me to strategy gameplay.. Although you can really tower bomb people there are small gameplay aspects I would like changed (which were adressed in AOE3).. A great game..
