super tiny and fast! The features is enough for a non-programer. One of the best alternative notepad.

启动超快，功能强大
Неплох, так как идет вместе Total Commander от SamLab, но уступает Notepad2, из-за скудного набора плагинов, в частности подсветки синтаксиса.
You better try Notepad2
Один из лучший "блокнотных" редакторов на мой взгляд =)
