allSnap (v1.33.2) - http://ivanheckman.com/allsnap/
Great little program. Snaps windows to each other and to desktop edges, etc. as you drag and resize them.
Has a few issues, like not being able to manage windows that manage themselves, and only about half of the time snapping when you're resizing a window from a corner instead of an edge, but VERY useful overall, and a much needed upgrade to Windows.
Of course, there's a few more odds and ends feature wise (in addition to window snapping) that I'd like to see to make the program a perfect one-stop simple power customizer, but it holds it's own very well as is.
Definitely something I'd recommend to EVERY Windows user, young or old, casual or pro.
Useful little app which you can download and leave in your system tray. Does what it says, snap windows to the edge of the desktop and other windows, when moving or resizing.
