It works to rent and play movies from Amazon but not really impressed. iTunes is still better.
Unbox is...mediocre. Sure, you can watch the movies/shows you purchase through media center or one of a few other media players instead of using the actual Amazon program, but my problem with Unbox is that you're expected to back them up and get no support if an accident happens - I had an unfortunate crash and lost the most recent of my Unbox downloads, and after reload (since I COULD NOT UNINSTALL IT TO UNREGISTER IT due to crash), it would not allow me to sign in. After contacting amazon support more than a month ago, I've had no response at all, and can't play anything I had backed up because I can't install Unbox to re-retrieve the licenses.
