Well I've been with AOL for over a decade and mostly I stay with it for habit and because I don't want to change my email addresses after all of these years. It is starting to look a bit dated to be honest and the browser is dire - I use it for AIM, the added content, and email but use IE8 for everything else. When I moved to AOL from Compuserve it seemed like a big step forward - this was in the days when you could only have an email address made of numbers! lol. They need to upgrade its homely GUI - looks like a sort of 90s disney toy - and the added content needs to be more customiseable. Still I stick with it because I always have.
