Amie Street is great for finding new, unsigned music but you have to be very, very patient because there's a lot of dross to get through. However, if you discover something early its going to be free or very cheap to buy (you can use PayPal - yay!). Also, with credit you get to make recommendations, if your recs are good and followed up by lots of people you get "Street Cred" and you can cash that in for more music. Sweet. Hate the name of the website though...
Amiestreet is a website which brings you the latest music from a large number of bands/singers/musicians in many different genres some well-known, many not so well-known. If you are quick you might be able to get your album/music for free. As the music becomes more popular you have to start paying for it. One that I visit everyday - at least once!
