best msn protocol chat for mac and linux, the windows live version for mac is
one bug bug, and linux is not supported.
interface is bas, just use another skin :)
Programa leve, e substitui com classe o WLM. Tem suporte a plugins e skins.
Sua interface que não é das melhores mas o uso de skins ameniza esse
problema.
An alternate client to MLM. I used to use it because of its smilies (they
are/were so cute, that once I tried to make them my default on Windows
Messenger) It certainly isn't too much customizable, but when all that matters
is to keep in touch, that is just irrelevant. And it's free, so maybe it
deserves a try.
Yes this aMSN. The first time I used this (wayyyy back), I used it to check
if someone had deleted me from his/her contactlist ;).
Now I use it because Live Messenger can't handle my router someway and
aMSN is the next best thing after Live Messenger (with te Messpatch installed
offcourse!).
MrBrightside how about the fact that it's not a bloated ugly piece of crap
like the official client? That's reason enough for me to use it on Windows. aMSN
is the best msn client out there right now.
The version for mac is way too buggy to be functional. It's slow and can't be
trusted with remembering the preferences I give it. The features are plentiful
except for being able to close the contact window without quitting the whole
application.
amsn is a good Windows live replacement, but only for the mac and Linux!
it does work on windows too but it dosent offer anything that Windows live
dosent.
It's that there is No official MSN messenger for linux and the one on mac
is good but it lacks functions. amsn best features are web cam support and
nudge's.
some skins and some plugins but very limited and limeted changes.
adium is another msn app but this one too lacks functions.
until trillian comes out for the mac I recomend that mac user stick woth
MS how bad it might sound and the same with windows users.
It works, but the interface isn't really great (though you can get other skins)
ugly and buggy, but features some essentials
My IM of choice on Mac.
It is so far the best option to use on a Mac that I've found so far. Looks kinda crapy though.
If you're going to stick to only MSN, this is 'the' program to use on linux.

I only really use this when I want to webcam chat. For casual chatting I use Adium or iChat.

Is this supposed to be aMSN of amsn-project.net?
