I love Anki - you can use it to study anything!
A great tool for studying, very good interface, very customizable, lots of useful features; only problem I can think of, updates are often a little too experimental and cause problems initially
It's simple and lightweight. I love how it adjusts to your personal frequency of use.
Regarding Wakoopa's listing: why doesn't it include Mac as one of the operating platforms? Anki has a Mac version too.
I found it in Ubuntu, I really like it, nice flashcard application. Multi platform, multi-languages, portable, and anything that good applications needed.
A simple and very easy to use flashcard / SRS (Spaced Repetition System) program, which is very effective.
You can also register a free account on website and sync your cards between different computers.
It's simple, but it does good to language learning a lot
Thanks for Damien
I wonder when ver 1.0 will be released :)
I just started to use it. Instead of learning Japanese I use it to learn basic Deutsch :)It helps me memorize the words, the sounds & meanings. Worth it! (^,^)/
On Mac at least, Anki.app isn't being tracked.
It seems to be appearing here as XULRunner.
