great program to tweak.
I personally use and recommend this task manager. It has options to tweak your tasks, startup, services, drivers, DLLs, active port connections etc. And links to more administrative stuff and service URLs. Trust, the AnVir Task Manager Free deserves more claps

a very advanced task manager which always alerts you when something wants to add itself to the autostart list which is very helpful for blocking unneeded or harmful startup items.
A neat tool to use when troubleshooting a specific problem or condition but a bit too clunky to leave around all the time.
This program is one of the best and most versatile task managers out there. Calling it a task manager doesn't do it justice, it's a swiss army knife for Windows.
