There are many free flv players out there...
its ok for a flash player, but very limited and not very feature rich...

Clean and simple Flash video player.
very simple and user friendly tool to play FLV video files.
simple and uncomplicated.
it renders the video really well.
no playlist, but it gives you good stats on the file itself quickly and has a small footprint.
Nice no nonsense flv player. In combi with downloadhelper addon for Firefox you can easily download small movies and quickly view them.

A great program to play .flv files, compliments Downloadhelper for Firefox rather nicely.
Only downside is that you can't minimize from the bar.... :-\
