I'm having some difficulties to learn how to use it. But it seems very good.
For me is the best app to do architectural projects. Very good for architects, good for general 3D too, but it's a bit too expensive.
In ArchiCAD is very simple to "build" a virtual building (has a very good library of objects) and make sections and elevations, even 3D views of the model. Even the quantity list of materials can be listed out from the model.
Can read and save as .dwg files wich is very usefull because (I don't understand why) the AutoCAD format is very often used by engineers and designers in construction.
little bit slow app, but quite strengh for all you need
