There is no obvious way of Unistalling Arcsoft Connect. Avoid it! The Arcsoft software suite came with my camera, it tried it and it wasn't particularly good so I uninstalled it but it left the Arcsoft Connect with no easy way to remove it! I'm sorry but that is a complete and utter joke.
