Google is much better. :P

I personalty don't like it at all but if I ever have to, I use it.

Ask is a irritating bit of software that for some reason needs to be in almost all software installers as a side product. The Search site itself is not that great for surfers other than the US. For example us Dutch people, we like to get Dutch pages but with ASK you'll get 1 or 2 and the rest is US.

I have only used it because its on the Opera's start page.

I hate this toolbar i have to install this 'couse without it the new frostwire version coud not install, but even instaling this tollbar i could't install the frostiwire, besides, now i can't unistall it completely.

WTF ! This toolbal was installed without my consent and he is not really effective as a search engine. Now I deleted it and I am happy !

I have been using Ask for quite some time now, and must say that I'm a happy user. Their organic results are pretty solid, and the ads are a mixture of their own and Google's.

Stupid... Google search is for me the best search engine.

Bing ftw!

The thing I dislike most about this is that it gets installed by other apps and it can be very hard to keep it from doing so. More than once, I have had it load up a toolbar, search box, change my search site and change my home page.

Recently I was installing something and if you read closely the EULA there was a little check box to OPT out - not opt-in to get ASK installed. I caught that and unchecked it. Then near the end of input to the install there it was again and it was again already checked.

This Sucks. The default should be opt-IN not OUT. Also, once I tell it NO, it should accept my choices.

I prefer Googling still. Great s.engine for second resort though!

Try its image search and the result is mediocre to say the least. Cannot even compete when compared to Google image search.
