ATI Tray Tools is a Full Featured Radeon Tweaker that can be found in the windows tray which then allows instant access to options and settings. Quite handy and quite a small download. Just click the executable and you are good to go.

Un-nessecary for normal users or users with already good enough GPU cards that can handle the latest games without needed overclocking or any tweaks. No need to install this if you dont know what you are doing. Get this if you need to get the extra juice out of your out of dated graphics card.
Much better than CCC, works great and is awesome for overclocking. Uses barely any resources and has various driver optimizations as well.
the save icon position feature is great... and it's just a small tray icon, not resource heavy

Love it, uses less memory then ATI's CCC and does a better job, Ie with overclocking stuff. Love it and been using it for a couple of years now.
A good tool can replace ATI CCC.
