Very simple reclocking tool for ATI/AMD cards. If you need to underclock your system due to heating concerns, or overclock to get greater performance, it performs admirably. However, Vista users may experience problems due to it needing UAC approval (for those of us smart enough to keep UAC on), and won't work on 64-bit systems as the driver it installs is unsigned (and therefore is not accepted on 64-bit Vista).
Other than that, works just as promised.

Cool unless you run Vista x64 - then it won't work so useless.
Great! Doesn't work on Vista x64 however so no good for me anymore.
