Really easy to use, free, and full of features.
Great audio-editing software. Many features, clear interface, and it is free!
Great program. Shining example of open-source done right.
very nice for my hobby :)
It's not as good as Adobe Audition or Soundbooth, but at least it does its job. I use this to record streaming audio online, especially when I can't find a downloadable MP3 anywhere or in Limewire.
Powerful and free program= win. Nice library of effects, just enough to keep the program light.
Easy to use sound editor. Handy for making recordings, and much more powerful than the windows sound recorder. Plenty of effects to use with your recordings too, plus plenty of output formats.
I use this on Windows XP. Great application. Reminds me of a great app I used to use on my Atari ST. Never found anything quite as good on the Windows platform until this came along.
I use it almost exclusively
I found this a great application I am still working out how to convert all my MP3 files in one hit to Audacity so far I have had no luck...and of course it's free which is ok by me
As an audio editor it does exactly what is supposed to and more.
I use it for podcasting, my son uses it to create ringtones. It's one of those programs you may not use that often, but you need to keep it there on your computer because it will get used.
Good program, which is easy to use and work.
It's nice and easy to use. I use it to record my (vinyl) DJ mixing.
Easy to handle it!
