Easy to learn due to the fact I've previously used Cool Edit. I found
Soundbooth CS3 to be more of a subset of Audition with missing features. So if
you enjoy Audition (any version), stay away from Soundbooth. Adobe Audition 3 is
a nice improvement over 2.
McoreD: Adobe Audition 3 works perfectly with Vista. I used Audition 2 on the
same system months ago and it worked too, but changed the visual theme to
Standard.
not a bad product by adobe, i love the interface and how it can morph. Just
to try it out, i popped in a song, and i doodled around, the program seems
extremely easy to use, and edit and multitrack views are simple.
One thing i was EXTREMELY impressed with was the Voice Removal effect. It
worked flawlessly on all 5 songs that i tried. VST's are nice too, especially
when they are detected automatically. One thing that i didnt like was the lack
of support for midi-controllers. Cant find a way to use my o2 with it. It seems
like it only has the ability to use mackie controllers (out of the box?). Its a
good piece of software in all, i recommend it for musicians on a budget.

نرمافزار خوبی برای ویرایش صدا و ساخت پادکست و برنامههای رادیویی که در واقع بسیار شبیه به نرمافزار کولادیت هست

Wow! Are you saying there is an update to Audition that works with Vista?
Are you going to try Soundbooth CS3? The full version has just been released and it's actually meant to work with Vista.
