I'm kinda getting into AutoCAD lately, it's going to be part of my future daily basis as I am in the construction industry.
I adore this software... It's kind of unlimited for me :)
congratulation to engineers because they have this software !
I am still begginer, but I like GUI of the new 2009 version... their ribbon is not as good as microsoft's one, but it's still ok
到现在还没有看到任何关于AutoCAD2009后续版本的消息，不知Autodesk明年是否还会推出新的版本，按照以前的规律，现在都应该是后续版本的Beta测试期了。我估计2009年Autodesk将不会推出新版本了。
A little hard to learn - but it gets easier after some time.
Learning to do the modeling now, and so far I am quite surprised, expected worse usage...
I can't believe that still there isn't any VALID open source alternative to it. My opinion is that Autodesk is like Adobe, but referred to the Engineering/Architectural/3D/Product design market.
Great application, really expensive - but for me as a student free :-)
