It monitors USB Flash Drives and shows icons in the notification area of the taskbar for attached drives. It then creates a menu containing applications on the drive that appears when the notification area icon is right clicked.

Fantastic little utility that blocks the Windows 'AutoPlay' functionality, puts an icon in the system tray for each USB removable device you plug in. In addition, each device can have custom menus, accessibly by right-clicking the tray icon, and ejecting a device is a two click process with no nag dialogs from Windows!
