I used Avant Browser back in the day.. Worked good.. Rendering can be off
now.. Still way better then a stock IE.. Highly recommended.. Very FAST..
Lightweight..
if you're stuck with IE then I strongly recommend Avant. since it's built
over the IE engine. except it has more functionality and features. It makes it
more fun to browse.
Avant is probably one of the Best tabbed browsers around. Whenever needed you
can easily disable / enable pictures, sounds, videos, flash animations, ads,
ActiveX controls, scripts, Java applets and so on by simply clicking on the
available buttons or selecting them from the drop down menu.
My only problem with Avant Browser is that although it has a
"copy" button, it doesn't have a "paste" button and that is
some times annoying.
the second browser i used for 2 years the first was Internet Explorer until i
hear about Avan Browser i tryed it and I liked it and i used it for 3 years
until i got firefox 3 becasue my friend told me how to install Adobe Flash
Player because it would never install
This is one of the first browsers I tried after IE. I tried in total around
10 browsers. I like this one the best, because in my perception this is the
fastest, most reliable and privacy secure browser.
I tried firefox many times, but somehow we don't match ;)
This browser was originally inspired by the Opera's multi-tab browsing
ability, and therefore was the second multi-tab browser in the world, and first
on the Trident engine. Firefox is a nice browser but has grown into a mamooth
when it comes to RAM usage and memory leaks, therefore I'd recomend either this
browser, or even Opera ahead of Firefox.
I used this for a fair while until I finally made the switch to Firefox. It's
a great browser - infinitely better than IE. If you insist on being so
anti-Firefox at least use this instead and spare yourself the trouble of IE.

The best Trident-based web browser there is! Fast, user-friendly and stable.

Great browser, fast, smooth, and reliable.
