A launcher on Linux
AWN (Avant Window Navigator) is a dock-like bar, which usually tracks open applications. It is customizable, thus a useful eye-candy. Also, it provides some applets by default (you can choose what you want from the AWN Manager) which are pretty useful, like RTM or the weather.
