I wouldn't know about it if it weren't for my UK friends.
Probably on it's last legs in the Bebo vs Facebook battle of supremacy. It's just too basic, too cumbersome; just basically not that interesting.
I logged in yesterday for the first time in over a year just to delete my account there which is more than likely how Wakoopa tracker picked up on it.
Okay, but i dislike the design of the site and profile pages can become extremely cluttered.
Lots of spam, can't reject certain things, among other caveats.
Started using it because a friend used it for photo's. Lots of spam though. Not very usefull. There are many better alternative out there.
I've used it for so long, but it's not exactly brilliant.

A cool piece of software.
I love bebo and I can't understand most of negative feedback/reviews it gets on wakoopa! I use it almost everyday and it's great for speaking to my mates. Plenty of widgets and apps to keep you entertained :D

Use it to keep in touch with family
It's allready dificult to convince your friends to make a new user on a new social net so...
Maybe another time, I'm bored of creating accounts every time.

I only use it because I have a friend there. Nothing special. I hate the "confirm your friends story" I don't know you so why bother sending me those? Geez!
