Blip.fm

a great way to discover new music. It can crash FF on mac sometime, but works great on my windows machine.

Often makes Opera crash, and works terribly slow on Firefox

I love blip!

Its like Musical twitter. Instead of msgs you tweet your favorite songs.

You hear them and share them with others! And others give you props (thumbs up) if they like the song and your karma increases on your profile in the community.

Only problem I have is that some of my favourite music isn't available. But all the new stuff I'm finding thanks to others blipping their favourites more than makes up for it.

I love tweeting music and be able to listen any song I like, maybe its weird for my followers when they see my tweets and dont know what im talking about. Would be nice if they came up with an app where you can update both at the same time. Love receiving props xD

Free music and a huge library of songs. Use "Toast's Spin doctor" application to record the music off the net and Wahlah!! I can't stand writing posts on this site and they automatically show up on Twitter.. I'm commenting on a song that nobody on Twitter knows I'm listening to
and it's looks kind of odd being there. Other than that it's awesome. Cool concept of "props" to people who play the music you like and vice versa. Kinda like tokens or scripts you give for merit.

@definepatism I totally agree with you. I can't find all those songs I'm looking for but the truth is that I find new songs I like with Blip.fm. I think it's a very good software if you want to listen to your favorite songs and too listen to new songs you never heard before.

The thing I don't like with Blip.fm is that the musicplayer stops everytime I go to a new feature like for example, from being on "Public" and listening to a song and click on "Profile" the song will stop. (I'm using Firefox) This problem is planned to be fixed by the blip.fm team.

Limited song selection. Where are the asian songs? I'm sure many of these things will be fixed in time, but for the moment I'm sticking with IMEEM.
