Its primary purpose is to link the parts of the Creative Suite together using a format similar to the file browser found in previous versions of Adobe Photoshop. It is accessible from all other components of the Creative Suite.… More Edit

I was never a fan of Bridge before CS4 because it reduced the performance of my Mac too much to keep it running and it took forever to start up. Both of those issues have been resolved in this version. I work with huge numbers of photos, and it makes organizing and finding photos a much more manageable task.
I only ever open Bridge by mistakenly clicking on it in the File menu. I find it useless. I can see where it would be handy to use if you worked with a lot of camera RAW files though.
it is so simple for any little work! such as viewing compact file ( EPS,PSD,..) or download the images from digital Camera as fast as possible !
I use this to create my contact sheets and review RAW files before I mess with them in Camera Raw. I tried creating a gallery with it, too. So far, so good.
Another false alarm, I see.
I've never seen this program before in my life, and it's certainly not on my computer.
I'd really like to know where the tracker thinks it's looking...
This is the be all and end all of organizing my creative media
Well, I'm a Designer, and I frankly dare to tell you that I hate Adobe software, they just slow and sluggish, just like another Microsoft product.. but because it's became the standard on the design industry so I got no choice. I just use Adobe Br to browse my artwork's proofs, nothing special about it.
slow and sluggish.
but can view PSD files as thumbnails (witch you can zoom if you want) without opening the file. it can even preview SWF files with interactivity(!!). saves a lot of time finding the right file that you have lost it into a clutter of badly named files.
very handy when you need it, witch in my case is not that often.
I like it for the most part. Really good for Designers. Useful for comparing, batch tagging and naming. This along with iPhoto are the only photo managers I need.
Nothing better for image management. Tried everything.
Although LittleSnapper might fill some gaps, Bridge is lacking in performance.
superb file browser! with the ability to run adobe camera raw without launching photoshop is just awesome
never use this.
annoys me when I accidentally opened it.. takes a while to load.
totally useless
Very handy for keeping photos organised
Muito bom, mais caro.
