I don't really know how to use it - I guess it's a kind of cross-platform
explorer tool between Adobe products. I don't find it that useful, but maybe
it's because I don't know it.
Bridge CS2/CS3/CS4 is a mediocre digital asset manager marred by slow
performance times, large memory footprint, and frequent crashing on both Windows
and Mac. It's primary advantages over competing applications are the ability to
show thumbnails of all Creative Suite file formats (PSD, AI, PDF, INDD, and so
on) and the easy access to file IPTC and metadata via integrated panels.
Competing applications like Extensis Portfolio and Cerious ThumbsPlus offer
access to the same metadata, but only through additional dialogs. Both
applications also support thumbnailing PSD and PDF documents natively, AI files
depending on version, and other file formats with the right filters.
Even better than the previous one!

no so usefull
Pressing Ctrl+R is a good help to retouch my photos. But as organizer is awful, Picasa 3 is much better, faster and easy to use.
Helps improve my organization and productivity
Um explorer ideal para imagens. Para imagens
useless.
Manages my photos; does everything it should do. Thought a little slow at times that's only a minor point.
Handy! I use Bridge CS4.
