BS.Player made by the Slovenian software company Webteh is a media player for Windows OS, that plays back many kinds of multimedia files (including AVI, MPEG, Ogg, Matroska, ASF, QuickTime, MP4, WAV, mp3...) and specializes in video and audio playback. BS.Player, like most media players, requires that the correct codecs and splitters are installed beforehand to play back formats that are not supported by default. It comes in three versions: FREE, PROlite and PRO. FREE is adware-supported, while PRO is a commercial version. Latest version is 2.26. I have used BSPlayer for at least 5 years, since they have released the Pro version I am also buying and renewing my licensee yearly... Great product!
Using this one for years! But never liked the newer version because it was crashing too often...

Smart and very useful.
Plays nearly all the files that VLC does. This is my primary video player. Downloadable themes to improve its looks.
I used it for a long time, but when I found VLC Media Player I know this is not as good...
BS Player is cool, sleek, & light on resources. But one thing not good about it is the presence of malware that constantly try to control the PC.
finally satisfied with a player that can handle subtitle correctly on mkv file.... :-)
