The 1125th most popular system tool on Windows

CachemanXP is a Windows tuneup utility designed to improve the speed and stability of your computer by optimizing caches, recovering RAM and fine tuning a number of system settings. Oneclick-Optimization makes it suitable for novice and intermediate users yet it is also powerful and versatile enough for computer experts. Backups of settings ensure that all user modifications can be reversed with a single click. CachemanXP requires Windows 2000/2003 or XP/XP64 to run, uses minimal resources and virtually no CPU time. Unlike other tuneup utilities, CachemanXP runs as a system service, minimizing resource usage and tweaking Windows at system-level.

I have noticed that on computers with less RAM and CPU, this program actually slows it down. I tried it on several computers with 512Mb RAM and 1.6Ghz single core procs. The program actually hurt the system due to the lack of resources. It seems like the sweet spot is 2ghz or more procs with 1Gb+ of RAM. I currently have 3Gb and haven't tested it. But with that much RAM, it really doesn't matter... I never fill it up.
