Incredibly handy when giving presentations - turns off screen dimming and screen savers temporarily, then turns all back on again, all with a single click in my menu bar!
This piece of software is simple and easy to use, but is extremely useful to keep the computer running even when the computer is inactive.
Absolutely perfect! Simple, effective, and a pleasure to turn on and off every time, because of the cute icon. Being a caffeïne addict myself, I love the analogy. My Macbook Pro is just as addicted to caffeïne as I am now!
Small app, mega effect and feature.
try it, to keep will Mac wake for ever !! ~
Muy buen complemento
A wonderful little app. Does exactly what it needs to and gets out of the way. Lovely little icon too.
Absolutely and totally awesome. Is really discrete and so simple to use, couldn't be be better.
should be a native app.
Stops your Mac from going to sleep, useful for movies, long downloads or when you just need your computer on. Its very simple to use, you select a times from the drop down list. It sits in your menubar and keeps your computer awake, preventing sleep for your chosen time period.
This is really useful for watching tutorials on the internet although it is too easy to forget it is on!
This is an awesome little tool that only does one thing and does it very well. Click the coffee cup and the screen never goes to sleep, click it again and it can. If only real caffeine were that effective.
So handy when watching online movies. Not sure if the menu bar is the best place for such a tool, but it's way better then having to open system preferences and change energy settings.
great little tool
Caffeine is the perfect companion for the system. Should be embedded in the next version of the Mac OS X. It's handy, light, and unobtrusive.
Caffeine is a really useful, very unobtrusive menu bar application that comes in handy for watching online videos, reading long documents, or when you're in the middle of downloading a large file, and don't want to deal with your computer sleeping/dimming your display/turning on its screensaver.
