Great tool to convert from and to most formats, the in-built viewer is pretty slow though.
I use this with Stanza to put e-books on my Iphone
几乎每个礼拜都会down一下最新的技术书籍来看看,大多是PDF的 (鄙视CHM)
不一定从头到尾仔细看, 多数情况下了解个大概就可以了
目前做法是把所有书放在同一个目录 C:/_ebooks里, 看得时候用totalcmd找书名
之前也试过别的方法来管理这些电子书, Adobe的digital edtions基本上就是一个AIR,可以直接在里面看PDF,不过功能太弱,而且书籍分类也做的很一般. 另外还有人用豆瓣API加上Google Gears做了一个在线的书库,可以绑定本地书籍的路径, 好处显然可以利用豆瓣上的书籍介绍/封面/评分,不过功能还比较少,加上很多技术书籍豆瓣上其实很不全 (当然开心网上这方面就更弱了)
现在发现了一个神器 calibre 完全免费 支持mac/linux/windows.
可以像iTunes一样把PDF自动放到不同作者,不同出版社的目录
更妙的是可以调用amzaon和http://www.librarything.com的WebServices更加ISBN拿到所有书的元数据和封面. 和PDF的阅读则调用系统上的默认阅读器
