I really recommendent to everybody. I also add the tweak voor ccleaner that you can find on the forum of the website of ccleaner. And then it really cleans everything. Great program!
In response to Jason's comment I have to add that if you run a cleaner everytime you close firefox you are either using a crappy cleaner or you take "Safe Sex" to a whole new level. There used to be a product called "Magic Card" which when installed would allow you to do anything you could think of to your machine but would always run a clean installation boot every time you turned your PC off and on again. You might want to look into that. MY POINT IS THAT A CLEANER IS JUST A CLEANER THAT YOU HAVE TO RUN AGAIN AND AGAIN. Look around for something called SOLUTO.
