Horrible.
well, it's a vpn/firewall kind of thing. it's frustrating enough to use and let's you admins block any kind of traffic they deem unapropriate. even if its totally disabled and removed from all network adapters it still blocks traffic. skyping is almost impossible.
hate it - it's my company VPN tool so I have to use it
disconnects a lot, and you need to be an IT ninja to configure this thing up.
I suspect it to also be a tracking device for software/security audit
