ChronoSync
Good backup/syncing software. I use it to backup my Mac Pro to my NAS as well as sync certain folders to and from my Mac and my PC.
Great software if you work at two places (used to be three) and do not want the latest data to just live on that portable harddisk. Easy stuff!
