too powerful
Great program! Have been using it for 2 years now and had great times with it =) Excellent combination with Photoshop of course (making a render in C4D and the endresult in PS).
I've been using cinema 4d for 3 years plus now and i dont know a better software
Many great features, just takes a lot to learn them all. From first glance, looks extremely complicated, but don't let that stop you from tinkering about and exploring.
Such an amazing program which has more or less no limits.
Very user friendly, too.
Excellent 3D sculpting and animation suite. Excellent, but not outstanding. Main strength is ease of use and feature set for price (with powerful animation and particle control functionalities). Main weakness is in the sculpting interface. For modeling, Modo is a better option; and ZBrush for organic modeling.

Easy to learn, easy to use, with great fully customizable interface, many tools, it's own scripting language and modelling architecture. The best in the business!
I use it for over 5 years now and made great things with it. Def one of my favorite design programs next to photoshop
Outside of the learning curve, which is not as bad as some other 3D software out there, Cinema 4D is a great app, and with enough time, I might figure out how to use it properly.
No doubt my first choice
