Yeah, at last a good follow up on simcity 4. I hope it will develop more. It needs more refinement but it's a veru good start.
A Sim City kind of game. It gives more freedom and it is online, but accept for making deals with other cities i'm not sure the online part really adds the fun (after the beta the online part goes commercial, offline stays free if i have it right).
I don't know the price, so i leave that open.
