An extremely good program for setting up global shortcuts. One unique feature is the ability to let certain shortcuts apply to just a given program. This allows me to create consistent shortcuts across more programs, e.g. let Control-V become "paste" in puTTY or let Control-Backspace delete a full word in Excel.
Also very useful that all settings are in a file, so that it's easy to back up and move between computers. If there is anything to complain about, it must be the user interface. It's certainly OK, but at first I did not understand how to add the shortcuts I wanted.
