Nice simple and quick cleaning tool. Been using it for years. At last! you can now turn off the annoying sounds . If you forget that your speakers are on LOUD, late at night, the last thing you want to hear is a LOUD toilet flushing sound!
Wonderful way to get rid of excess crap that Windows throws on your system by deleting all kinds of temporary files, it's saved me many many GBs of disk space on my computers.
