I purchased it for my company and currently have 120 licenses. It markedly increases productivity.
I'd give it a solid 5, except that I tend to do a lot of very fast copy/paste, and ClipMate makes my clipboard lag a bit, sometimes for several seconds. Still, this is a WAY valuable tool.
I've used ClipMate for about 4 years and can't live without it. I'm constantly cutting and pasting clumps of text or graphics from various sources and pasting them into other documents. ClipMate lets me keep folders of frequently-used phrases and source code so I can get at them instantly. I paid for it out of my own pocket and then I got my boss to buy licenses for everyone in our department, it's that good.
